A lot of common issues have quick fixes that don’t need us involved at all.

If streams aren’t loading, open the Sources menu and switch to a different link. That resolves most playback problems in under thirty seconds.

If installation is failing on Firestick, check that “Apps from Unknown Sources” is enabled under Settings, then My Fire TV, then Developer Options. That’s the most common blocker by far.

If the app crashed after a recent Android update, go to Settings, find BeeTV under Apps, and clear the cache. Nine times out of ten that’s all it takes.
